MS Office 365 Install Error

Hey guys,
I am trying to install MS Office on a machine on our local network.  It's a very strange problem.  I am on the internet ok... I can download the install package but when I try to install I get:

Access Denied to Installation source

Sorry, we ran into a problem accessing a required file.  Please check that the installation source has the correct permissions, then try again.

Error Code: 30174-4 (5)

I have tried using multiple Administrator accounts.
I have disabled AV and the Firewall

Thoughts?

Thanks!

Tim

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Update.  Hey guys.. I figured it out.  I had to right click on the installation file and select RUN as Administrator.  Once that was done I still couldn't get MS Office to activate on-line.  So.. I figured out that if I right click on the MS Office application short cut (in this case Excel) and select Run As Administrator it works.  I was able to activate Office and it's working now.  Thanks!
