What features are disabled when Windows Server 2008R2 is outside of it's grace period?

I am just wondering, what features and functionality are disabled when Windows Server OS's are outside of their licensed activation grace period?  Specifically server 2008R2.  We have licenses of course, but I am just curious in general.

Thanks for the info.

See the link below (technet) for exactly what happens when the Grace period has expired.

Basically when the gace period expires and you do not activate you do not lose any functionaility. You do however get reminded to continually activate your windows operating system. The longer left the more frequent the notifications are.

Updates are disabled, a message appears specifying that Windows is not activated at different places (Desktop, logon, server properties). And for some license modes (like evaluation ones), the server turns off automatically after one hour of use (This last action does't happen with VL installation medias that include the full product).
