Server migrating roles problem

I have problem with my server, it is in very bad shape and it is DC in VMware, also that server has few more roles as VPN, Network Access policy, IIS, AD, DNS, DHCP ...

Is possible somehow replicate all roles with all settings on new server (VM), and which tool would be the best for that task,
Or I will need to install all roles on a new server and configure them

It is windows server 2012 R2.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You will be installing and configuring each role.

If it is really that bad I hope it doesn't have an fsmo roles on it.  If so use powershell on another dc to transfer roles to a stable domain controller.
