How to modify the text field size and look on newform.aspx - SP 2010

Hello  Exoerts ,

How do you modify text field sizes and  or format the elements on a newform.aspx?

I would like to make them bigger , perhaps change the layout  , but more important re-size the text field boxes.

Th am you in advance.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

it depends on on how many newforms you want to do this?

If it is for one newform I would use SharePoint designer and adjust the form there. If it is for multiple forms I would embed some client side scripting and CSS logic.
