Cannot delete rows in Excel 2007, i.e., not enough resources error

Using Windows 7 Professional.  Does anyone know a way to overcome the error msg and delete the rows?

Are you trying to delete a lot of rows? Are there formulas or code associated with them?

It seems as though this is sometimes is caused by the update KB2597166. You could try uninstalling it?
