Google Analytics - In Page Analytics

I am wokring with Google analytics - I have two questions for anybody familiar with.

1. How can I get a support PIN if I do not have a google Apps account, but have a google account linked to analytics?
2. The more important question I'm trying to understand - When viewing in page analytics to see where end-users are clicking or navigating too, how do you view other pages besides your home page?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

1. Upgrade to analytics premium. Basically, only those who pay get support.

2. The GA code has be included on all other pages on your site

Jason,

I understand that the GA code needs to be on every page...but when I have the homepage open in GA looking at the heat map of where users are navigating....there isn't a way to click to other pages? every link on the page doesn't allow me to go to another page.

Just clicking on the links in In-Page mode works for me using Chrome and the In-Page Analytics extension. What are you using?
