"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Right...how about giving us some useful information so we can try to help?

You mention Outlook 2010, but you don't say how it's configured on the Citrix server. It's not good practice (and until recent versions, not supported) to use OST files (cached mode) on Citrix.

But...what version of Citrix? Is it XenApp? XenDesktop?

Which way is the synch out? Is right on the client or right on Citrix?

Does it affect a single user or multiple users? If it is one user, try blowing away both their user profile and mail profile.

Other than that, at this point you simply haven't given us enough detail to work with, I am afraid.
