Help with using catalog and directory in Mail Merge - Word 2010

I have a spreadsheet with customer, product and price.  Each customer has multiple rows.  I am trying to use merge fields that will place the customer name at the top of the page, the products and price further down, and then force a new page for the next customer.

I have set up my merge as a directory, and this is the code I am using:

{ If { MERGESEQ } = "1" "{ MERGEFIELD Customer }" ""}<ENTER>
{ SET Place1 { MERGEFIELD Customer }}<ENTER>
{ If { Place2 } <> { Place1 }"<ENTER>
----------------------------Page Break--------------------------------
{ MERGEFIELD Product }{ MERGEFIELD Price }" "{ MERGEFIELD Product }{ MERGEFIELD Price }" }{ SET Place2 { MERGEFIELD Customer }}<ENTER>

When I run the merge, I am not getting the page break when it's a new customer. I am also seeing a carriage return after each product/price that I can't seem to find in my merge document (to delete it).

Any assistance would be much appreciated!!

Debugging complex Word field structures like this can be difficult. In fact all you have done is to put the first <ENTER> in the wrong place. The first two lines should look like this:

{ If { MERGESEQ } = "1" "{ MERGEFIELD Customer }<ENTER>
" ""}{ SET Place1 { MERGEFIELD Customer }}<ENTER>

I changed it to match what you suggested, but there still is no page break before a new customer.

Could it be something else?

Thank you!
I tested it with your field names before posting. This is what it looks like in draft view with field codes displayed:Picture of field codes in draft mode view
I have also attached the document itself
