Got blue screen error with "The windows Logon Process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x00000080

I have an old windows 2003 virtual machine running on vmware 4 platform.  several days I ago when I tried to log onto the server, it gave me blue screen error like it showed in the attachment. The is one warning in vmware saying "Insufficient video RAM, the maximum resolution of te virutal machine will be limtied to 688X519 .....

I attached both in the post.

I then used the 2003 cd image boot the system and did a chkdsk /R. but it's still not working. How could I save this server, thanks.

What does the event log state ?

is this server a P2V, or original installed VM?

For the error you got in second Image there is VMWare article where you can increase your vmware virtual machine video memory size:
Moreover in case of physical memory you can go to bios settings and increase the size of video memory.
For virtual machine you can learn to increase video memory size by above link.

Hope it is helpful !!
