Access 2013

My OS is win 7 prof 64 bit and I use Office 365.  I have created a simple contacts database for my NGO and the managment would like to review it.  But most of them do not have office 365 and some of them are even Mac users.  How do I at least give them the Access application in a format that they can review my handiwork.  Thank u.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

For Windows users without Office, use the Access Viewer:

The Snapshot Viewer enables you to view a report snapshot without having the standard or run-time versions of Microsoft Access 97 through Access 2007.

For Mac users, try:

MDB Viewer opens Microsoft Access 1997-2013 databases on your Macintosh.

MDB Viewer views and exports all tables in Access databases. (MDB Viewer doesn't edit databases, and it doesn't support queries or forms.)

Be aware that the first may be sufficent, but the second may not.

The first is a report viewer only.  It won't let them look at forms or actually use the database.

The second for the Mac looks to be for tables only, which is really not much help at all.

How much of this do you want to actually show them?   Actual operation or just sample output?
