How can I create a rule to Empty the junk and Delete items from user’s mailbox on Exchange 2013. Please advice

Thanks Muhammad, but we don't want on mailbox level we need rule to apply only on junk and delete items. please advice.

People should review Junk mail and either (a) delete it or (b) whitelist it if the mail went to junk in error. This is a user responsibility .

Then set Outlook to Empty Deleted Items folder on Exit. Set this in Outlook, Advanced options.

This will work.

It is easier, probably, just to set Outlook.
