AREA3 Promotion

Hello Everyone,

Excellent job everyone during the Halloween weekend. I saw some of the pictures from the Halloween Party and truly you all cracked me up . Nacho I loved your provocative costume with your hairy chest ahhahah! Salome I can’t believe you were able to manage to find a Halloween costume and still preserve your hat with it ahahhahh, Michaelanggello the sexiest priest ever! Lisa your costume match your personality well done! SAUL…I am still laughing only thinking about your creativity  , I loved it! ( I apologize if I mentioned only the few of you but  I had the chance to see only some of your pictures.)

I am sending this email as a clarification to everyone that AREA3 Promotion is a name of the promotional group created by xxxx xxxxxx 2 years ago when we were promoting in conjunction with Carlos Gamboa the  Lima Lounge venue. AREA3 Promotion is a register domain and can not be used by anyone in any venue where I am not directly involved because owned by me. Now that Area3 Promotion has interrupted the working relationship with the Sondcheck and Barcode Venues please stop using the AREA3 Promotion name for the advertisement of those two venues. Carlos also helped clarifying this concept changing the name of the Secret Group in Facebook changing it from AREA3 Promotion to DC’s Finest (Thank you Carlos for doing that so quickly).

You all are a great promotional team, keep up with the hard work to maintain those venues as the best venues in the DC area.

Thank you,

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hello everyone,

Firstly, congratulations to one and all for such an excellent job during the Halloween weekend!

I am sending this email as a clarification to everyone that AREA3 Promotion is the name of the promotional group created by xxxx xxxxxx 2 years ago, when we were promoting in conjunction with Carlos Gamboa the Lima Lounge venue.

AREA3 Promotion is a registered domain and cannot be used by anyone in any venue in which I am not directly involved. Now that AREA3 Promotion has interrupted the working relationship with the Soundcheck and Barcode Venues, please stop using the AREA3 Promotion name for advertising those two venues.  Carlos also helped clarify this concept by changing the name of the Secret Group in Facebook from “AREA3 Promotion” to “DC’s Finest”: thank you Carlos for doing that so quickly.

You are a great promotional team; please keep up with the hard work to maintain these venues as the best in the DC area!
Now, regarding the weekend event, I haven’t managed to see all of the photographs (so please don’t be offended if I don’t mention you), but I would like to comment especially on the following:

-      Nacho, I found your provocative costume with your hairy chest hilarious!
-      Salome, I can’t believe you managed to find a Halloween costume and still preserve your hat with it!
-      Michaelanggello, you had to be the sexiest priest ever!
-      Lisa your costume matched your personality: well done!
-      Saul, I am still laughing just thinking about your creativity, I loved it!

Thank you once again for all your hard work,

Notes:

Check spelling of “Michaelanggello” should it be Michelangelo?

I presume “Sondcheck” should be “Soundcheck” so have corrected it.

“…can not be used by anyone in any venue where I am not directly involved because owned by me”
I am not sure what you mean by this so I have removed the part about it being owned by you.  If you can clarify I can rewrite if required.
