How to migrate from MS Office 365 Home to MS Office Home & Business 2013

I'm assuming that I'll need to uninstall Office 365 Home first, then install Office Home & Business 2013 as a fresh install.
Is there another way e.g. migration to maintain email settings etc?

Yes I would uninstall first. Email accounts are not carried in the PST file, so you need to know these and set up your accounts.

Assuming the Office you move to is subscription, when you get it installed you should be able to upgrade to Office 2016. I did that.
