SSRS, How to add "not like" filter

Hi Experts,

I want to filter out the "user name " starts with "AM", something like the image below. But SSRS does not have not like function. What kind of expression I should write? Thank you.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This can be done using a creative expression such as this:

=IIF(LEFT(Fields!UserName.Value, 2) <> "AM", true, false)

You'll also need to set your filter type to Boolean and the Value to True.
