In response to Jim, the application has only 1 command button that has custom code that imports a file and then updates the database. &nbsp;Unless clicked on that button, nothing happens on the Form. &nbsp;all the others are command buttons like for Edit, Add records or Delete records. &nbsp;As this is a test db, to add more functionality thus it has only the basic items an code. &nbsp;Thus, I doubt the errors are in the db file.
