[Excel Help] If cells says a word pull that info into another sheet

I am a totally noob at excel, but I am building one for my job. Basically what I need is for excel to pull a category name from row C  and make the selected words go to sheet 2

Product Name      Category Name      Current Level      Location
apples                     food                          50
paper                      paper                        1000
candy                      sweets                      50

I need to take the category name and single out all those onto a different sheet for a more detailed list of each category name.
Hopefully this makes sense.

Thanks,

Have you thought about building pivot table in your data as that can do what you are looking for as in getting the distinct category name and in additional you can play around with your data as well..

You can refer to the link Here about how to create a pivot table in excel...
