unable to view DVR via IE - error please click icon to upgrade webkitplugin

and I lick on it and downloaded and then I get some successful messages via command prompt but it still doesn't work. any help please!

Enable ActiveX Controls in Internet Explorer.
Please setup according to your own Internet IP address.
