Scan from Brother Control Center of Email To to Outlook 2016

While using Scan To Email function in Brother Control Center utility then after finishing the scan it comes with the error " The command line argument is not valid. Please verify the switch you are using."
The environment is
- Windows 7 Professional (64bit)
- Office 2016 (32-bit)
- Brother Control Center 3.0

The old environment when it was working
- Windows 7 Professional (64bit)
- Office 2007 (32-bit)
- Brother Control Center 3.0

control center 3 dates from long before outlook 2016 ever existed, so this problem only sounds logical. reinstall with control center 4 and hope Brother already amended it to recognise office 2016 (otherwise waiting for a new update is your only option).
workaround is to save to disk first and email it yourself.

sorry to come back late. But what it is that is causing the Scan To Email not to work. And I do not think the Control Center 4 works with this printer.
Is changing \ adding any registry helps to fix the problem.

Sometimes, just reinstalling CC3 is enough (especially if you installed Office 2016 AFTER installing CC3).
Also, the Scan to Email should have options to change the Outlook path, look at this thread for changing the option (near the end), of use a workaround (bat2exe, in the middle, applies to Office 2013, but with slight modifications, there's no reason it wouldn't work on Office 2016):

After getting comment from the expert that the printer and the scanning program is old and office 2016 is new so it's not going to work. Then I have to dig in to find the solutions and got it but just needed to work on it.
I was expecting the expert to come with the option which is available there may be not as easy but then that's where we need the help.
