First thing I'd do, is to make sure you have Visio as part of your 365 account.<br />
As far as I can recall, since office 2010, Visio isn't part of the Office pack itself and comes with it's own license - I'm pretty sure it's the case with Office 365 as well, you can check it <a href="https://products.office.com/en/business/compare-more-office-365-for-business-plans" rel="ugc">here</a>.<br />

If you are the account manager, I'd suggest you contact your reseller, (or Microsoft directly).<br />
If you got your 365 from the company you work at, contact your helpdesk / IT team, they can probably get teh answers for you.
