RHEL 7 , I have tftp running as a process how can I run it as a service

I know I have to create a service script to do this , but I have no idea on how to do that

I have sftp running and installed but need to run it as a serivce , how can I do that?

Get daemontools. tftp can not by itself run as a service it needs a network bound tool to handle the networking.
Unless you want to use a start/stop that will use sed to enable/disable the entry in /etc/xinetd.d/tftpd and then issuing the xinetd reload on change.

sftp or tftp?

sftp just uses sshd afaik so `systemctl enable sshd` for tftpd that needs xinetd as pointed out by arnold above.
