I've prepared a simple single-column of email addresses in Excel 2013 with the heading "EMAIL". I selected the heading and all the addresses in the column and named the range EMAIL. I choose Save As and select Windows CSV file format.
In Outlook 2013, I choose the Open & Export option and make my way through the import process for .CSV files. Near the last step, when I should have the option to map fields, the map fields option is gray and the Next button is gray. I cannot proceed with the import.
Does anyone know what is wrong in this situation?
