Refresh Microsoft Access Table Links

I have several linked tables and I want to refresh a couple of them using VBA.  How would I do that?  The linked tables are in Access too.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Have you tried:
Dim db As DAO.Database
Dim tb As DAO.TableDef

Set db = CurrentDb

For Each tb In db.TableDefs
  debug.print tb.Name
  if tb.Name = "TableYouWantToRefresh"
    tb.Fields.Refresh
  end if
Next

I use RefreshLink:

For Each tb In db.TableDefs
  If Len(tb.Connect) > 0 Then
    tb.RefreshLink
  end if
Next

If that doesn't work, then just reset the connection property, and Refresh the TableDefs collection:

For Each tb In db.TableDefs
  If Len(tb.Connect) > 0 Then
    tb.Connect = tb.Connect
  end if
Next

db.TableDefs.Refresh
