Remote users cannot get in "Out Of Office" from Outlook

Our remote users are not able to access Out Of Office from their Outlook. They can turn off using OWA if it is on but after that they cannot see and edit the Out Of Office setting in OWA. Suspecting autodiscover issue but we are not able to fix it.
The result from running Microsoft Connectivity Test for "Outlook Autodiscover" came out with a warnings -- the short name got failed while the long name got a warning. (see the attached.)
What could be wrong? Please help.
Thanks.

Further investigation shows those remote users are able to access Out Of Office without any problem at their home -- just not in the company office. The testing results of Microsoft Connectivity Test from home connection are identical to in the office.
What could be wrong??

It could be a bug on Outlook 2007 since Outlook 2010 is working well. We are certain it is related to AutoDiscover.
This error normally occurs when a user needs to access the mailbox of Exchange Server through the Outlook. The error happens due to the configuration of Wrong URL for OOF. Go through this blog to resolve the issue http://www.what-is.in/howto/fix-your-out-of-office-settings-cannot-be-displayed.html
"Now Open Web Browser (Internet Explorer is Recommended) and Log on to OWA (Outlook Web App). After that enter OOF URL in Address bar of the browser.

You should be able to view a Page with Service page or XML information.
You will get "The page cannot be displayed " or "403 Forbidden" error if OOF is not available with the entered URL.
If you are getting the second one that means it is confirmed that you have configured wrong URL for Out of Office Service (OOF). "

The problem is, after following the above, I didn't set the second one, instead, I got the first one, so what?
