Restrict Windows 7 user

Hi Experts, I need to restrict access to network shares Internet and all applications with the exception of Microsoft word, on one windows 7 domain joined computer, is this possible and how can we achieve this?

To restrict programs that run, add winword.exe to the list.

To restrict network folders access, on the share permissions, add the computer and give Deny right.
