eclipse ide not starting

hi my eclipse luna just dispear when is starting it does no load it just blink and dispear

Check the heap memory in eclipse.ini file. You need to update it as per your RAM in PC or laptop.

one basic question. May be it is stupid. Did you restart your machine?

Try restart the machine once.

Well nothing will 'disappear' doing that.

I would wait until you have fixed the problems with your JVM before going further
