We have a rather odd issue with Outlook 2016 for mac whereby emails no longer arrive in a prompt manner. Our users are seeing a delay of upto 45mins before their new emails appear. We have 15 macs and 4 now have this issue.
Not only do our users complain profusely about this but also one of our clients has spotted the deterioration in our response time.
To our knowledge this issue started in late September so I'm thinking an update could well be the cause. Our users have not yet upgraded to El Capitan.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? Or perhaps has anyone got a fix for this problem? As usual there are a few posts on Technet and MSDN forums but no official response from Msft.
