SSRS, Error Message "input string was not in a correct format"

In SQL,
The column "TransactionDateTime" shows : 2015-11-02 14:09:45.000

But in SSRS, the column"transactiondate time" shows "error value"

with a SSRS Warning Msg:
Warning      1      [rsInvalidFormatString] The Format value for the textrun ‘TransactionDateTime.Paragraphs[0].TextRuns[0]’ is not valid. Input string was not in a correct format.      C:\Business Intelligence\Data Warehouse\SSRS\Title Loan\JTAN-AM Credit Memo.rdl      0      0

How can I make "TransactionDate Time" shows value in SSRS?

Is this section trying to add one day?
@EndDate+'23:59:59'

If so, try changing it to:
DATEADD(DAY, 1, @EndDate)

Also, if the textbox itself is formatted as a date, try either setting it display as text, or alter the source to a formatted expression, like
=FormatDateTime(Fields!TransactionDate.Value, DateFormat.ShortDate)
