htaccess rewrite with extra parameters

I have a htaccess file that rewrites this URL

Here's the htaccess file that does that.

RewriteCond %(REQUEST_FILENAME) !-f
RewriteCond %(REQUEST_FILENAME) !-d
RewriteRule /?(.*-[a-z0-9]+)$ viewmember.php?member=$1 [QSA]

I now need to expand on it to rewrite the following

and rewrite

Can someone please offer some help? The htaccess file shown above throws a 404 at the moment if the 2nd or 3rd URLs above are entered.

Thanks in advance

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
