Windows 2012 R2 HyperV -- delete VM does not delete files ?

Doing the attached still requires me to manually delete the associated
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Hyper-V\Virtual Machines
and C:\Users\Public\Documents\Hyper-V\Virtual hard disks
files

Does anyone have a better way to delete old VMs ?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I PREFER this way - you really want the ability to accidentally and EASILY destroy saved data on VMs/VHDs? I Hope there isn't a "simpler" way.

Are there any other locations besides
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Hyper-V\Virtual Machines
 and C:\Users\Public\Documents\Hyper-V\Virtual hard disks ?

Look at the settings of the VM (well, if you haven't deleted it).  Each VM is stored entirely in one folder except POSSIBLY the VHD files, depending on your configuration.

If you really want a "one click" way to cause major headaches, write a powershell script and you can do it with a single command that way.

More info on file locations can be find in this MS blogs:
