Why am Having Cant Find Project or Library Error

I am trying to move my vb6 application from windows 7 32 bit machine to a windows 8 64 bit machine.

After installing all my softwares (Vb , Crystal Reports etc etc) i tried starting up the project which was running in the Windows 7 environment

The project first of all does not load unless i do this  as an administrator

After load , i tried to run to just confirm I  have everything transferred correctly to my new environment
and then I get this error

"Cant find project or Library"

The application immediately flags "Format" and brings up Project References   suggesting that my references are not complete
see attached

How do I resolve this issue ??

check the references (Alt + F11) and make sure there is no missing object library in your list there?

The Reference for Microsoft Data Environment was missing (see attached)

I have unchecked it and the application seems to run

But I am not sure if the MSDERUN.DLL  which i unchecked will not be required
at runtime.

I still have a few more issues about components I need to resolve

But in the interim lets take this as a solution. I may revert back if   runtime error occurs because of

Either add reference to VBA or chage Format to Format$
PS Or change Format to VBA.Format
