Direct Access 2012 - Client cannot use telnet software

Hi all

Im testing Direct Access 2012 R2

Everything is working and I can connect to internal resources.

However, I have an old client app that uses telnet to connect to a server. This cannot connect. It is configured to connected to a host name which i can ping, but it fails to connect.

Anyone know whether this should work?

no its unlikely to work as it can't deal with the ip6 to 4 conversion that is done.
we have a few legacy apps that don't work over DA
