Odd. ive only seen that error occur on exyternal devices before, like cd/DVD drives. <br />
Its usually caused by a 3rd party drive that sits low on the OS and filters traffic to/from the device.<br />

all of the research I have done on this Issue points to the Probalility that the Previous admin somehow attemented to repair it by copying the \bin directory from another computer.<br />

Only to find that the Console does not work I get the Error:
