Converting Mailbox to Shared Mailbox in Office365

Hello,

I have just converted a Mailbox to a shared Mailbox in the Office365 Portal and now I cannot find it under either "Mailboxes" or "Shared".

Where would it have gone? It's about 2GB's in size, would it take a set amount of time? I have converted a smaill mailbox before and that converted straight away.

Thanks,

Glenn

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Just to add a bit more info the license was removed first from the mailbox and then it was converted. Does removing the license delete the mailbox?

Yes, you have to convert the mailbox first, and then remove the license.
A shared mailbox is still reflected as a user.
Add the license back and see if the data, presumably, that is what the purpose for the conversion, is still there.
