Unless the 3G modem have a built-in hotspot with WAN management, then it is not likely to work. The 3G cards I have seen and used have a subnet different than small business may use.

I now have a HUAWEI LTE card that does include Hotspot and built-in WAN (192.168.8.x) that could be used but the card was new to me yesterday and I have not tried this yet.

Make sure your 3G card supports Hotspots and WAN.

you can use a new access point in the location and install a USB WiFi adapter to those PCs then
1- connect the printer to the new access point.
2- after install the USB WiFi adapter you can connect to tow WiFi in same time but you must set the IP address on the second USB WiFi adapter manually and enter only IP and sub-net without gateway .
now you can use 3g internet WiFi and local printer WiFi
