Photo(s) from iPhone6 to Win7 PC

I've asked this before, I can't find prior questions.

I want to download JUST OBE photo from my iPhone 6 to my Win7 PC.

I'm pretty sure I stumbled onto how to do it before with iTunes.

Today, can't get it to work.

See attached,

I try to click everything I can think of, all the obvious, nothing happens. iPhone is plugged in via USB.

What's the trick?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

First, forget iTunes.

Make sure your phone is unlocked (not on the lock screen).

Connect the phone to your computer with the charging cable.
You should get a window that asks "Trust This Computer?" on your screen (you may have done this step already). If you haven't, hit "Trust".
If all drivers are installed correctly (which they seem to be, since iTunes sees your phone) then the phone will show up under your DEVICES. Don't go through iTunes.
Go to Start > Computer
You should see the phone in your list of drives / devices, and be able to access as you would a USB drive.

This is useless. Yes, it shows the device and after navigating down through several levels of meaningless folders, there are maybe a hundred folder of photos, all dated the date everything was transferred from my old iPhone4.

No photos taken since are viewable.

So it's useless.

I know I used iTunes before to do this, I can't remember the trick to get it to show the photo folders by place and date.
