SCCM 2012 - Reporting

Guys,
I need to run a report from SCCM for Microsoft Project Standard and Professional, and Microsoft Visio Standard and Professional. The report needs the following information contained within it.
NetBIOS Name File Name File Description File Version File Size Modified Date
Is there default report in SCCM 2012 that can pull this information, if not can you guide me to a query that could possibly do this.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If I understand you right, you would like to monitor visio and project files not Visio and Project Application?

Go:  \Administration\Overview\Client Settings - Default client Settings - Software Inventory

Button "Set Types .." and add files of visio and project

Then create a custum report with this querry:

select distinct a.netbios_name0,b.UserName0,c.LastScanDate as 'Last software scan' from v_R_System a
 inner join v_GS_COMPUTER_SYSTEM b ON
 a.ResourceID=b.ResourceID
 inner join V_GS_Lastsoftwarescan c ON
 c.ResourceID=a.ResourceID
 where (DATEDIFF (dd,c.LastScanDate,GETDATE ()) > 5)
 order by a.netbios_name0
