VMware-vCenter-Server-Appliance-6.0.0.10000-3018521-patch-FP.iso

There are lot of article that talks about VMware-vCenter-Server-Appliance-6.0.0.10000-3018521-patch-FP.iso for updating existing VCSA 6 to 6. u1 but I don't see that download in vmware site. I only see full iso VMware-VCSA-all-6.0.0-3040890.iso. Does the process of upgrading with    Software-package install would work with VMware-VCSA-all-6.0.0-3040890.iso?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

found it on all search but there still a difference in version between VMware-VCSA-all-6.0.0-3040890 and patch VMware-vCenter-Server-Appliance-6.0.0.10000-3018521-patch-FP.iso. I presume the September patch is much newer to try upgrading my vcsa 6.0

The latest Appliance is vCenter Server Appliance 6.0 U1!

Just to confuse things, it has a Build Number and Installer Builder Number which are

Build Number 3018523

Installer Build Number 3040890

Released on the 9 October 2015.
