Exchange 2013 Migration Question

I recently moved someone to hosted exchange.  They are still getting certificate popups from the old exchange server even though they are connected to the new one that is off site.  The old exchange server is off but I'm assuming AD or DNS is still prompting for the old cert.  I will be removing exchange eventually but is there a way to suppress these cert errors in the meantime?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Import the certificate from the new exchange server and install it on the user pc. Also remove the old certificate of the old exchange server. You can use Start>run>mmc>Add certificate snap in for the computer and install the certificate and remove the same.
