I assume that you are already using the from dropdown in Outlook . &nbsp; Is your outlook on the latest service pack? &nbsp;If you are at least up to service pack 1 you just have to do a registry tweak on the sending workstation. &nbsp;<br />

However when he sends email from the inbox of B the from address defaults to A and it ends up in the sent item of A. Is there a way this can be changed so any replies or email from A and B are reflect their email address? <br />
