I'm encountering an issue trying to send files over 1mb in size from this canon machine. If the user scan files in lower resolution they are able to receive the attached PDF. However is they increase the resolution they will get that 801 error. The machine is using an AD account, I have it pointing to the Exchange server and have put in the credentials for that account on that copier. All the send and receive connectors in Exchange are setup to receive files up to 30mb in size. Not sure what I am missing here. Any assistance will be greatly appreciate it.
