I am having trouble finding information about this device. &nbsp;I want to restore it to factory and wipe the drives.<br />
I try to go to the IP address and it directs to an FTP login. &nbsp;I don't have that info. <br />
<br />
I would like to access the GUI or reset the entire device to default.<br />
