What are the top 8 questions I should ask when performing a Active Directory inventory as it relates to the network setup and other related information?

I'm currently performing a AD inventory. I need to ask other AD Admin about their current environment to better access what they have. I'm trying to come up with the right questions to complete a inventory.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The response I recieved back from your expert didn't help in coming up with inventory questions for Active Directory. They point me to inventory tools but I need to know what type of questions I could include on a inventory spreadsheet for AD. In other words what would make since to AD Network folks in completing the spreadsheet. Something like how is your network configured? How many domains are in your current network? Questions alog those lines would be helpful.
Check attached questionnaire, which I am using
