adding textbox to email body using vba script

Using the code below: to create an email.

What I need:
Is it possible to add an empty textbox to the email body of the Message ??

No email client will allow active content in the body of an email.  You might be able to put a text box there but the only way it will be filled in and sent is if the person replies to the email.

<INPUT TYPE=""text"" won't do anything if it is not part of a form.  It might display but <p>text</p> would work just as well.
