Office 365 MIgration Batch does not see any Distribution Groups or Contacts

I have a Cutover Migration Batch that I have created (and recreated in an attempt to remediate this issue) and it is running.
It will migrate all the mailboxes but it does not even see the Distribution Groups or Contacts.
Exchange 2010 on premise.

Any ideas?

Thank you for your time in advance!

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

out of this 468 users do you see any DL's or contacts. Please check in groups and contacts option in Office 365

That's correct.  I've checked on 365 & Exchange Online. I've done a get-recipient, get-msol-group, get-distribution-group

Have you checked the migration logs? Maybe it's as simple as some attribute(s) missing on said objects (O365 will expect those attributes to be populated and this skips them during migration).
