Creating MS Access 2010 reports with RICH TEXT issues

TC_20151108.docxI'm trying to create a number of MS Access reports using unbound and bound text boxes set to rich text. I'm trying to paste in formatted text into the unbound text boxes and am confronted with errors stating that the text is too long. I'm also having issues with bound text boxes displaying HTML tags rather than the formatted text one would expect.

To start, I need to create a three page report to appear like the Word document I have attached (TC_20151108.docx). I've tried pasting into a rich text box and uploading to an unbound object frame without success.

Thank you very much!!!

You can save your text (copy-paste) to memo field in some table and then use it in report.

no points please.

Agree with Alexey,  you can only use the RTF formatting with memo fields.

Thanks for the input. I'm trying to open your DBRTF.aacdb but the link doesn't seem to be working. Can you please send me the file? Also, I just want to paste the data into an unbound rich text box in the Access report. I'm not using a table to retrieve the data.

Oh, ok the file was there. I think it was a Windows 8 thing where the file was downloaded but there was no indication that it had actually happened. In that database, the last two pages of the data included in the Word document were missing.  I added a scrollbar to the text box and it displayed more text but only included page 1 of the document I sent. The table you created was also truncated. Is there a limit on home much data the Memo field can hold?

Thanks again !!!

Ok, that explains the issue with the unbound textbox. I did delete the data you added and pasted the complete word text and it did work.

Thanks so much for your help!
