Any one can take a look at our AP conversion ?
Hi a long time ago, we converted AP(1142) lightweight to autonomous mode. Now we want to convert back to lightweight. I checked internet, it looks like there are a lot ways to do that. Anyone can give suggest a best one to convert ?
And I log onto the AP by console, it stop there. The last message is below. What is wrong ? Thank you

You need to use the lightweight recovery image. Download it from the Cisco website and use the archive command on the AP to get the image onto it, then it'll reload and try to find the WLC.

Thank you for your fast reply. In the AP, there is an original ios: c1140-rcvk9w8-mx , Can we change it into lightweight ios directly, or delete present ios (autonomous ios)?
