Windows server 2012 with static IP shows Internet not available

I just installed a Windows Server 2012 Standard, Is configured with workgroup and we have noticed that every time we set up a Static IP, the Ethernet connection shows the internet not available, I have checked many times the DNS configuration but everything seems to be ok, something like this:

IP: 192.168.0.3
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.0.1 (Router IP)

DNS1: 192.168..0,3
DNS2: 192.168.0.1

Thanks in advance.

Why are you setting DNS1 as the server itself? If this is a workgroup as you say and not a domain controller, that kind of setup would be very unusual.

That´s because I have tried to use just one DNS as the default gateway (Router's IP) but didn't worked too.
What I just noticed is that the only static IPs that work are those ones that are under the DHCP of the router, the strange thing is that the previous Server that whas replaced by the new one used to use the same IP that I am trying to set up.
After some tests I have a couple of scenarios,

SCENARIO 1
I have access to Internet but I don't to Remote Desktop :
IP: 192.168.0.3
SUBNET: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.0.1
DNS1: 192.168.0.1
DNS2: 8.8.8.8

SCENARIO 2
I have access to Internet and Remote Desktop:
IP: 192.168.0.160 (or superior)
SUBNET: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.0.1
DNS1: 192.168.0.1
DNS2: 0.0.0.0
give a try with these

192.168.0.3
255.255.255.0
192.168.0.1
8.8.8.8
