I need to setup a mailing list for a community group and I need some help please. In the past, the admin used GNU Mailman but I'm not sure if that's feasible anymore. Firstly, I never actually had to do something like this and secondly, I would rather prefer a Windows alternative. I'm not sure what is the difference between using an external solution or just create a list directly on our Exchange server. Is there any reason to go with an external solution?
