Epson WP-4530 Printer is only printing partial images and not whole image

Under Windows 8.1 environment my Epson WP-4530 network printer only prints a partial image whenever I try to prin a JPG image or in many cases a PDF file.  It will print part of the image and then kick the page out and put another part on a separate piece of paper and so forth.  It prints Word and Text documents fine.  Additionally it takes a long time and some of these files are not that big.  My wifi network is robust and I am only about 20' away from the printer.

Have you installed the Windows 8.1 driver on the Windows 8.1 machine?  You may wish to uninstall, restart and reinstall to see if that fixes the problem.

Go to the update site of epson.com.

Select your OS version 8.1 32 or 64 bit
Download and install latest firmware to your printer, then latest drivers, etc. to your computer.
Reboots required for updates to take effect.

If not fixed then, un-install printer reboot re-install printer using latest latest drivers, etc.
