Well, if you are sure that your user is been provisioned to the EV, just restart the Exchange Provisioning Task. By the way , why still on Version 10? You should upgrade to version 11. Also note that EV has become part of Veritas.<br />

We use Enterprise Vaults 10 from Symantec for archive. Normally from Outlook 2010 in <b>Enterprise Vaults</b> tab I have more than search icon. How can I get the others icons back?<br />

I remove, readd Enterprise Vault add-ins from Outlook and it doesn't work.<br />
Reboot Outlook and still the same.<br />

Hi,

I remove, readd Enterprise Vault add-ins from Outlook and it doesn't work.
